Characteristics: Winged, limbless, serpentine, usually feathered, excellent flier
Feathered: If flight feathers are lost, cut or damaged it cannot fly. Because of this, it has the ability to grow it's feathers back within a month after loosing them. Some breeds are completely covered in feathers. Common colored greenish-yellow.
Bat-like wings: Amphiptere with this type of wings are very hard to penetrate or cut without something very sharp. Commonly green wings with feathered bone structure and feathered tail.
Moth-like wings: The rarest breed of Amphipteres have moth-like wings which are covered in powdery soft scales much like their insect counterpart.
