With a creak and a crack, the egg pops open! The newborn dragon seems to perk up when the sun nears the horizon.
Mature Hatchling
This baby dragon seems to perk up when the sun nears the horizon. It's getting stronger every day and has gotten bigger and grown in more fur!
Adult
Sundown dragons love nothing more than to watch the setting sun light the sky on fire. They will often find cliffs overlooking forests or near the ocean where they will watch the sunset and dance in the fading light, moving in ways that make their flame like fur resemble the setting sun itself. During their dance, some will pick a specific partner and if their dance goes well, they will attempt to breed. Sundown dragons only lay a single egg at a time as the sun is setting, which may account for their rarity in the wild.
