The Food Shop is one of the on site stores that require the use of Dragon Coins in order to purchase goods. This shop sells edible items that can be used on your dragons to aid in their leveling.
The 'Cost per Click' is essentially how much you are paying for each individual click that item adds to your dragon. So although the fish gives you 10 clicks per item, it costs 15 coin per click where as the honey gets 1 click for every 12.5 coins, technically making it the better deal.
Certain dragon species will refuse to eat any food. These species include: The most recent release, donation dragons, and Meteor Dwarfs (a known quirk).

- The Husky Dog has a special use. When users attempt to feed it to their dragons, the dog vanishes and confetti rains on the screen for 5 minutes. A special badge can be obtained from using it multiple times.
- The Clover Elixir is only available during the St. Patrick's Day (2013) event and when it is used it gives you the green site theme and all dragons gain their green and gold colouration.
