Sakura Easterns were released on 6th December, 2013.
The white form is the most commonly available. Reds are a rare alt much like the Albino Salamandrakes. Pinks are a breed-only colour from White X Red, though an early glitch produced this colour from White x White as well.
With a creak and a crack, the egg pops open! The newborn dragon is brown, with horns that look like branches.
Mature Hatchling
This baby dragon has now turned light brown, with horns that look like branches. It's getting stronger every day and it's starting to grow flowers on its horns, tail, and back!
Adult
Sakura Eastern Dragons are a rather shy breed, found only in forested areas. They are very delicate when young, so their eggs and young are colored to blend in with the trees they live in. The adults are fast enough to dart away from most threats, so as they grow they lighten in color until they are pure white. Their horns and tails grow branches on them, which will bloom with white, pink, or red flowers year-round. Sakura Eastern Dragons have an innate connection with plants, and any trees they live in for will be much healthier than normal, and grow much larger. This connection is strongest with cherry trees, and Sakura Eastern Dragons have been known to shape growing cherry trees into huge nests to raise their young in. As they love plants so much, they are strict carnivores, and will eat anything that tries to harm their beloved trees.
